Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Data Analyst to transform
raw customer data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and manage customer data from various sources to
ensure accuracy and consistency
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and
opportunities for service optimization and customer engagement
Design and generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights
and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science,
Statistics, or Mathematics
10+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in
Professional Services or technology
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like
SQL and Python
Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
