Provide functional and technical SME for supported applications
through creation of functional specification
documents. Develop workflows, coordinate with Business Analysts
on requirements and chart specification
documentation. Collaborate on design documentations. Partner
with Business and IT to enable business processes
and maintain existing applications. Manage super user community
engagement. Manage all IT deliverables as per
applicable IT quality requirements and change management
process. Troubleshoot technical issues and manage entire
issue resolution process while engaging appropriate resources.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering or related field plus five years in
job or in systems analysis.
Experience must include working with quality management systems
including complaint, capa, audit, qsmr; and
development with Weblogic 8.1, J2EE, Beehive, Webservices, TIBCO
interfaces, UNIX; Oracle databases and data
migrations in enterprise systems to support migration of legacy
data; Business analysis to gather user requirements,
document technical configuration specifications and test script;
Working with business users for supporting business
needs, conducting User Acceptance Test, Super User Training.
