Job Description:
Job Description Are you looking for a Histology position in San
Diego, CA? My name is Caroline and I am a Healthcare Recruiter with
a NEW permanent opportunity at a cutting-edge genomics diagnostic
company. Overview: The Histologist makes sure the histology lab
runs smoothly while also meeting high-quality standards.
Responsibilities: Lab Work – Handle tissue processing, cutting,
staining, and making slides for research and diagnosis. Ensure
Compliance – Follow all safety and industry regulations (CAP, CLIA,
etc.). Keep Things Organized – Manage specimens, maintain records,
and properly handle hazardous materials. Requirements: Education:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in science. Some histology
experience. Strong attention to detail. Bonus: Certification (HT or
HTL from ASCP) and experience with digital pathology are a plus.
