A company is looking for a Digital Sales Enablement Lead to
enhance broker productivity through technology adoption and
training.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for technology adoption and broker
productivity
Design and deliver tailored training programs and materials for
brokers
Collaborate with sales teams and technology partners to align tools
with business outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related
field
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or technology adoption
in a brokerage environment
Strong understanding of brokerage operations and CRM tools
Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools
Ability to work independently and proactively identify
opportunities for improvement
