Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative II to
manage patient registrations and enhance the patient
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage patients during the registration process and manage visitor
flow to ensure a positive experience
Accurately enter registration information into the electronic
health system and verify insurance details
Schedule appointments, manage paperwork related to patient care,
and assist with referrals as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of related customer experience, preferably in
healthcare
Experience in scheduling or pre-registering patients, with
consideration for prior call center experience
