Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Consultant -
National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage demand forecasts using statistical models for
various lines of business
Collaborate with Operations and Finance on budgetary processes and
staffing recommendations
Drive financial accuracy goals and present complex staffing
requirements to leadership
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in service operations center or Workforce
Management supporting 3,500+ FTEs
3+ years of experience with Workforce Management software
2+ years of experience managing projects involving populations
greater than 5,000 FTEs
2+ years of experience driving financial plans and outcomes
2+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships
