Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Business Control
Testing.
Key Responsibilities
Execute risk-based control testing of operations and member
experience controls to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements
Maintain strong relationships with compliance and risk management
teams to identify and assess risks and integrate controls into
business processes
Track the progress of action plans and provide review and challenge
of remediations related to consumer complaints and disputes
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in banking or financial services,
preferably in control testing, compliance, or audit
Working knowledge of consumer financial regulations such as Fair
Lending, UDAAP, and Reg-E
Experience in analytical roles involving complex datasets and
policy reviews
Ability to partner effectively with team members to execute testing
reviews
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team
player
