Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to support
health-system analytic needs within the Health Care Affairs
Cluster.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain customized data reports related to hospital
payment issues
Collect and analyze data from various sources to support policy
modeling and research requests
Represent the organization in meetings and presentations, ensuring
compliance with relevant policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, epidemiology, health
services research, public health, or a related quantitative
discipline
5 - 7 years of related work experience
Extensive experience with hospital and clinical data, including
Medicare cost reports
Working knowledge of Medicare payment and quality systems
Experience using statistical software such as SAS, STATA, and
Visual Basic
