another. Role: We are seeking a systems-driven marketing expert who
loves building the infrastructure that makes great campaigns
possible. This is your opportunity to shape the operational
backbone of a fast-growing brand and create the data clarity,
automation, and tracking precision that fuels high-performance
marketing. Reporting directly to senior marketing leadership, you
will work closely with creative, performance, and sales teams to
ensure every system communicates, every lead is captured, and every
insight is visible. This is a full time, onsite role. The position
can be based in Newport Beach, CA or Glendale, CA or split time
between the two offices. Responsibilities: Own and manage all
marketing technology systems, including HubSpot, Power BI, Zapier,
Unbounce, Nimbata, GA4, GTM, and all paid ad platforms (Meta,
Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn). Own and enforce marketing data
standards across all platforms, including CRM hygiene, UTMs, naming
conventions, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking consistency.
Ensure data flows cleanly between marketing, sales, and call
tracking systems; No lead, event, or touchpoint goes untracked.
Maintain and update marketing and sales inputs within our existing
IT managed Power BI dashboard to ensure all performance data
remains accurate and aligned. Design and automate workflows using
Zapier and HubSpot to eliminate manual processes, including lead
routing, tagging, and internal alerts. Oversee tracking setup and
troubleshooting across all paid channels, ensuring pixels, tags,
and offline events are properly configured. Manage form data,
landing pages, and conversion rate optimization in collaboration
with the creative and performance teams. Create and maintain
documentation for all workflows, data structures, and automations
to ensure continuity and scalability. Audit marketing data
regularly to ensure integrity, accuracy, and alignment between
marketing and sales reports. Collaborate closely with the Director
of Marketing, Chief Growth Officer, and CFO to deliver actionable
data and performance insights. Partner with creative and PPC teams
to run A/B tests and analyze behavioral data from tools such as
Hotjar and Clarity. Proactively identify new technology,
automation, or analytics opportunities to improve operational
efficiency. Serve as the key bridge between marketing, IT, and
sales to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent data
alignment. Own and maintain paid media tracking and integration
infrastructure across Meta, Google Ads, and Bing Ads, ensuring
pixels, tags, offline conversions, and attribution signals are
consistently accurate and aligned across platforms. Serve as the
first responder for critical tracking, attribution, or system
failures that impact lead flow, reporting accuracy, or revenue
visibility, with clear escalation and resolution processes.
Qualifications: 5 years of experience in marketing operations,
growth operations, or revenue operations. Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Business marketing or related field is a plus.
Deep experience managing HubSpot (Marketing Sales Hubs) and Zapier
workflows. Strong technical understanding of tracking systems, GA4,
GTM, and offline conversion attribution. Advanced skills in Power
BI, Looker, or other data visualization tools. Proven ability to
diagnose and resolve tracking or data discrepancies. Experience
managing integrations and APIs across marketing and CRM systems.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to
translate technical data into business insights. Experience
collaborating with both creative and sales teams to align goals and
reporting. SQL proficiency, CRO experience (Hotjar, Clarity), and
light scripting knowledge (Python, Power Query) preferred. Within
your first year, you will have: Established a clean, reliable data
ecosystem connecting all marketing, call tracking, and CRM systems.
Reduced recurring manual tasks through automations in HubSpot and
Zapier. Achieved 100% tracking accuracy across all paid channels
and landing pages. Eliminated delays and bottlenecks in campaign
setup and reporting. Fully documented every workflow, automation,
and naming convention in the marketing ops system library.
Delivered actionable CRO insights that improved conversion rates on
key landing pages. Enabled the creative and content teams to
operate without technical or data bottlenecks. KPI's System Uptime
and Data Integrity Revenue Attribution Coverage Reporting Accuracy
and Alignment Funnel Flow Health Operational Efficiency Gains
System Documentation and Governance Benefits: Salary: $80,000 –
110,000 annually plus up to 10% bonus 401(k) with 3% non-elective
