Within this role, you will be a part of a Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) team focused on Space programs, including requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, testing, verification, and transition. • Must be a US citizen and have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD space systems.
• Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering and/or Digital Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Magic Draw, Cameo, or SysML.
• Experience performing systems engineering for satellite systems and/or ground systems.
• Experience in requirements development and/or verification.
• Experience in/Familiarity with Risk processes and Risk Management.
• Background in DoD Testing.
• Experience in Confluence and/or JIRA.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks.Nice If You Have:
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline.
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP).
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02.

The base pay for this position within California, Colorado, Hawaii, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $137,000.00 - $229,000.00 For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
