Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-level investigations into complex employee relations
issues
Support high-risk terminations and manage workplace accommodation
requests
Provide specialized employee relations guidance and lead
organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or commitment to attain a bachelor's degree
within three years
Minimum of ten years of professional experience in human
resources
At least five years specializing in employee relations
Proven experience with high-level investigations and complex
employee relations issues
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage change
effectively
