Job Description:
A company is looking for a 988 Follow Up Counselor, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide follow-up support to crisis line callers, including risk
assessment and service linkage
Contact mental health service providers to assist callers in
securing services
Maintain accurate call reports and documentation, ensuring timely
submission
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of training program and 1+ years of
experience as a crisis line volunteer counselor
Knowledge of lethality assessment, data collection, and call
triage
Ability to comply with agency policies and HIPAA regulations
Must be 18 years old or older
