A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Customer Services
Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Answers calls in a call center environment to assist with various
patient inquiries and concerns
Processes payments, establishes payment plans, and maintains
patient accounts in compliance with regulations
Coordinates with departments on accounts requiring precertification
and resolves billing issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Less than 1 year of relevant work experience (3 - 6 months
required)
