A company is looking for a Head of Creator & Affiliate
Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies for creator recruitment and
onboarding
Develop and maintain a content production system with creators to
drive sales
Set up reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize
creator engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator
programs at a high-growth DTC brand or agency
Proven track record in recruiting and activating a large network of
creators or affiliates
Deep understanding of TikTok and UGC content strategies
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and creator
marketplaces
Strong knowledge of performance KPIs related to marketing and
sales
