Job Description:
A company is looking for an Alumni Tutor to provide academic
support to nursing students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual online tutoring sessions tailored to students'
learning needs
Conduct online group tutoring sessions to foster collaboration and
address common challenges
Prepare and develop educational resources for online use to enhance
tutoring effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Minimum of two years of relevant experience
Licensed Registered Nurse
Graduate of the Accelerated BS in Nursing program at Rutgers School
of Nursing (minimum 3.5 GPA) preferred
Grade of B or higher in courses to be tutored
