Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative, Inside
Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with prospective participants,
caregivers, and outreach associates to assist with enrollment
Support inbound campaigns and educate prospective participants
about PACE services and benefits
Make outbound calls to interested prospective participants and
manage follow-up leads
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree preferred; or two years of relevant experience
may be substituted
Minimum of one year of experience in tele sales, customer service
sales, Medicare, or PACE sales preferred
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred
Medi-Cal knowledge preferred
