Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing and Contracts Specialist who
will manage sourcing and contract activities with minimal
direction.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with end-users and Group Purchasing Organizations for
contract management and sourcing
Support sourcing strategy execution and manage supplier
relationships to meet business needs
Review contracts for compliance and monitor contractor adherence to
contractual requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, or a business-related
field
2 years of experience in contract administration, purchasing, or
sourcing
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word
Strong knowledge of legal contracts, terms, and conditions
Certification as a Certified TX Contracts Manager (CTCM) and
Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) within 1.5 years
