Job Description:
A company is looking for an Estimate Review Specialist Sr.
(Repair Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Review estimates and supporting documentation submitted by
contractors/adjusters using estimating applications
Ensure estimates comply with client and regulatory requirements and
meet internal guidelines
Serve as a subject matter expert on property restoration scope and
adjudicate complex customer claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in building construction from an accredited
college or university preferred
Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating
applications
Knowledge of client and regulatory requirements related to
estimates
Ability to deliver innovative solutions to clients across various
industries
Experience in property restoration scope is preferred
