A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate -
Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and
growth
Conduct annual business reviews and promote product adoption among
customers
Oversee the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities
within the customer base
Required Qualifications
2+ years of SaaS customer success experience in a B2B
environment
2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
2+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM in a B2B
environment
Experience in process improvement and contract management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new business
software systems
