Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Events Lead to drive the
vision, strategy, and execution of its hosted events program.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the hosted events
program, including the flagship annual user conference
Develop and scale a multi-format hosted event portfolio to enhance
brand relevance and customer engagement
Oversee budgets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure events
deliver measurable business value
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing large-scale events for high-growth
SaaS/tech companies
Proven experience managing seven-figure budgets and vendor
relationships
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple events simultaneously
Experience collaborating with C-suite stakeholders on event content
and strategy
Familiarity with event platforms and analytics tools
