A company is looking for a Title Specialist - West Coast
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Review abstracts and identify title issues needing resolution
Coordinate with various parties to obtain documentation and clear
title defects
Generate final title policies and ensure correctness before
distribution
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the Title Industry, specifically in
Residential Resale Transactions
Understanding of state-specific statutes related to title
Experience in preparing title clearance affidavits
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks
Proficiency with technology and quick adaptability to new
systems
