Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:The Scheduling Representative duties may include, but are not limited to, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling of patients, verifying insurance, building patient case/chart, completion of monthly reports under the supervision of the PSD Supervisor and the -Assistant Director, Revenue Cycle Management. -
EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  ?QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Interest in physical therapy or related medical fields.
  • Patience, cheerful attitude, pleasant telephone presence.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to follow directions and use sound judgment in performing job related functions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a respectful delivery.
  • Able to organize time and set priorities appropriately, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Ability to establish rapport and work harmoniously with patients, families, professionals, co-workers and the public.
  • Ability to uphold decisions of supervising therapists and take direction from supervisory
  • Ability to assume responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrate integrity and discretion in all job-related matters.
