Job Description Job Description Employment Litigation Attorney Employment Litigation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and a passion for advocating for clients in various employment-related disputes. Client has offices nationwide and offers excellent growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation related to employment disputes, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, class action, PAGA cases. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case development. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Advise clients on employment law matters and provide guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes as needed. Stay current on developments in employment law and litigation trends to provide informed legal counsel. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in California Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation. 8 years of employment litigation experience will be considered for higher level role. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Experience with Wage and Hour, Workplace Harassment, Traditional Labor Law, and Employment Discrimination cases.
