Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Flex.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the legal point of contact and subject matter expert for
the Premier Agent Flex business
Provide tactical legal counsel for pilot programs and key
initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Analyze legislative changes impacting the business and draft,
review, and negotiate brokerage referral fee agreements
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of relevant experience as counsel in a law firm or
in-house legal department, preferably in real estate or tech
JD with active state bar admission
Experience with real estate regulations, including RESPA and state
licensing laws
Experience in marketing and data privacy
Aptitude for innovative problem solving and a team-first
attitude
