Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Privacy
(Americas and Asia).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary privacy counsel for the Asia region
Monitor and analyze developments in global privacy laws and
regulations
Develop, implement, and maintain internal privacy policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications
J.D. Degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least 1
state bar
8+ years of national law firm or in-house experience focused on
privacy
Solid understanding of data protection laws and regulations
globally
Experience drafting and negotiating data processing agreements
IAPP CIPP or AIGP Certification(s) a plus
