Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist (Solutions Architect) to onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration of their systems.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for customers, defining success plans and ensuring clear communication throughout their post-sale journey
Guide customers in leveraging the platform based on best practices and technical knowledge, while building in-depth relationships to understand their business goals
Lead multiple implementation projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and providing troubleshooting assistance as needed

Required Qualifications

Experience in the e-commerce space with familiarity in platforms such as Shopify, Big Commerce, or Woo Commerce
Proficiency in ERP configuration, customization, and integrations
Ability to work with APIs for data integration and knowledge of JSON and JavaScript
Experience with system logs interpretation for issue diagnosis
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
