Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative,
Technical Solutions Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for customers by handling inquiries
related to technical issues, billing, and company products
Build rapport with customers and promote additional products and
services based on their needs
Utilize multiple tools and systems to troubleshoot issues and
ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Some high school coursework is required
0-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot
issues
Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment is
beneficial
