Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Back-end Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Drive development of scalable, high-performance backend services
and APIs using .NET Core and C#
Collaborate with the engineering team and leadership to align
technical direction with product roadmaps and business goals
Oversee code reviews, mentoring, and technical upskilling of team
members
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in back-end development, with deep expertise
in .NET Core and C#
Prior experience leading or mentoring developers in a team
setting
Strong understanding of API development, systems design, and
microservices architecture
Comfortable deploying and maintaining services in cloud
environments (GCP preferred)
Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g.,
PostgreSQL, Firestore, Cloud SQL)
