A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Operations Specialist
to oversee end-to-end payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees
across multiple countries
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations
Administer and optimize payroll systems while identifying areas for
operational improvement
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll
management
Proficient in Paychex and experienced in payroll system
administration
Solid understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits
administration
Experience generating payroll reports and supporting audits
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and
collaboratively
