Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead
a team of recruiters and manage client expectations for technical
talent placement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mentorship and performance feedback to technical recruiters
while engaging in full-cycle recruitment
Utilize advanced recruiting technologies to optimize workflows and
enhance the hiring process
Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical role
requirements and maintain compliance with hiring policies
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a
management or mentoring role for technical recruiting
Proven success in placing candidates in technical and
executive-level engineering roles
Expert proficiency in modern recruiting platforms and advanced
sourcing tools
Strong organizational and project management skills in a dynamic
environment
Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications or specialized
technical recruiting certifications are a plus
