Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Trainer to deliver
engaging training to internal post-sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions for onboarding
and product education
Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to enhance training
programs
Manage training session scheduling and evaluate trainee
progress
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in training, education, or support
roles
2 years of technical troubleshooting and customer service
experience with high performance metrics
General knowledge of adult learning principles and training
delivery strategies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Proficient in virtual training tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, or
Microsoft Teams
