are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Prep Cook to oversee
daily prep operations and help maintain high standards of quality,
consistency, and organization in the kitchen. This role is ideal
for someone who works efficiently, leads by example, and takes
pride in precision and execution. A strong understanding of
classical French cooking techniques is preferred. Key
Responsibilities Organize and execute the daily prep list
efficiently and accurately Support and guide other prep cooks to
ensure consistency and timeliness Maintain high standards in knife
work, portioning, and recipe adherence Assist with foundational
techniques including stocks, sauces, and reductions Ensure proper
labeling, dating, and product rotation (FIFO) Maintain a clean,
organized, and professional prep environment Communicate
effectively with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef Anticipate needs
of the line and prepare accordingly Qualifications Minimum 3 years
kitchen experience Strong knife skills and ability to work with
speed and precision Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced
environment Reliable, punctual, and consistent Experience leading
or mentoring other cooks preferred Understanding of classical
