innovation. We're seeking an Executive Chef who thrives on
creativity, precision, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead
kitchen operations with a focus on premium ingredients, artisan
techniques, and seasonal creativity Design and execute an evolving
menu showcasing fresh pasta and signature dishes. Curate wine
dinners and pairing menus in collaboration with sommeliers,
bringing harmony between food and wine Train and mentor the
culinary team—instilling standards of excellence, organization, and
passion Manage food costs, inventory, vendor relationships, and
ensure compliance with health and safety standards Foster a culture
of collaboration, innovation, and consistent performance under
pressure Requirements Proven experience as Executive Chef or
similar leadership role in a fine dining environment Deep expertise
in Italian cuisine; familiarity with traditional and modern
preparation techniques Ability to conceptualize and present wine
pairing events with sophistication and creativity Excellent
communication, leadership, and organizational skills Perks
