your career! RESPONSIBILITIES: Makes memorable first and last
impressions with a smile. Uses food and beverage menu knowledge to
share favorites and provide recommendations. Answers the phone in a
prompt and professional manner. Demonstrates teamwork by supporting
all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, ensuring every
opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled. Teamwork is essential
and expected of all Outbackers. Accurately processes orders,
accepts payment in a friendly and timely manner, anticipates guests
needs while ensuring each order is complete and correct. Commitment
to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.
REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Able to
work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for
extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent
bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual
dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Visual ability
to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the
ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in
areas with low or dim lighting. Ability to perform essential
functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must
be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol. For all California based

(can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start
