Job Description:
[Customer Support / Fully Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $18.50
per hour / 20-30 hours per week - As a Customer Service Associate
you'll: Troubleshoot tickets and execute solutions promptly and
within the set SLA (service level agreement); Work with carriers to
resolve delivery and customs issues, providing proper
documentation; Proactively following up on pre-transit,
return-to-sender orders, and other delivery issues; Follow up with
recipients for address and contact verification as needed; Process
changes, rushes, reshipments, refunds, and cancellations; Monitor
and answer eCommerce support tickets and internal request from
