Job Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Must possess good computer
skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook, ect),
strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Great organizational skills, detail oriented, motivated, be able to
work unsupervised/ independently as well as with others in an
office environment, be professional, ability to multi-task, ability
to meet deadlines with minimum supervision. Opportunity to advance.

Customer Service is about helping people. Do everything you can to
help the customer. Gather information from customers efficiently
and accurately. Our goal in Customer Service is not to sell every
person but rather to try and help and assist every customer. As a
data entry and customer service specialist, you will likely spend
most of the day on the phone with customers, either collection or
offering them information. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Take ordersInput
ordersPrepare trouble calls and route to appropriate depts.Prepare
proposalsMake customer files, type labels and file as neededBack-up
receptionist in answering telephone calls as neededAssist special
events dept as needed with orders, trouble calls and pick
upsQuoting prices as neededHelp with collections as needed
