Job Description Lead a thriving Occupational Medicine and
Employee Health program serving healthcare employees and more than
500 regional employer partners. This high-impact leadership role
offers the opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team and
advance workplace health programs across a major New Jersey hub.
Position Highlights Leadership Opportunity: Direct and shape a
high-volume Occupational Health service line with regional impact.
Robust Clinical Practice: Deliver evidence-based occupational
medicine care including injury management, pre-employment and DOT
physicals, surveillance exams, IMEs, and wellness programs.
Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside skilled clinicians,
nurses, and support staff dedicated to regulatory excellence and
positive patient outcomes. Professional Growth: Access to
leadership development programs, continuing education, and
certification support. Work-Life Balance: Monday"Friday schedule
with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. Who Were
Looking For Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, or Board
Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency
Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience. MRO, DOT, and IME
certification desirable (support available for completion). Prior
leadership experience in Occupational Health or Employee Health
preferred. Strong understanding of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers
Compensation regulations. Active or eligible for New Jersey medical
license. Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive salary with
