culturally competent and age-appropriate Medical Services to
low-income and medically underserved residents of Pomona and
Corona. Clinics also provide dental and mental health. Operates
under the Patient Centered Medical Home model, 100% Outpatient. The
average patient consensus is 16 to 20 Patients contacts a day, Full
time or Part-time options, Flexible schedule, Clinic hours are 8 to
5 Comprehensive Benefit Package includes: Salary is $250K to $325K
(BOE) $10K Sign On Bonus Malpractice Insurance Qualifies for
Student Loan Repayment Plan(s) Medical, Dental, Vision, plus
dependents options Life insurance 403b with 3% Matching 3 weeks
