Job Description:
Exercise Physiologist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission
Viejo, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day
shifts. Assists various departmental activities under the direct
supervision of an Exercise Specialist or RN and within the scope of
practice of an exercise physiologist as defined by ACSM and AACVPR
guidelines. Provides evaluation of risk factors and educational
needs, orientation, education, treatment, and care for adult and
geriatric patients in Phase I (Inpatient) through Phase IV of the
cardiac rehab program. Also provides expertise in exercise
physiology as indicated. Providence caregivers are not simply

them. Required Qualifications: Masters Degree Exercise Physiology.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cardiac and/or pulmonary

amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may
be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or
bonus opportunities.
