Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Clinical Scribe -
Pre-Charting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of patient charts and prepare structured
pre-chart notes in the EHR
Identify gaps in care and support providers in care planning
through complete chart preparation
Collaborate virtually with providers to ensure documentation
accuracy and maintain HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's
degree in a health-related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience as a medical scribe, clinical
documentation assistant, or EHR support specialist
Prior experience in cardiology and pre-charting is strongly
preferred
Proficient in medical terminology, medications, anatomy, and common
disease processes
Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection
in a secure home office environment
