Job Description:
A company is looking for a Functional Medicine / Longevity
Medicine / Integrative Medicine Physician.
Key Responsibilities
Moderate clinical Slack channels and respond to questions within 30
minutes
Conduct patient visits, including escalated and DEA visits
Provide EHR patient case support and collaborate with clinical
leadership to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
Board Certified MD or DO
Minimum of five (5) years of perimenopause/menopause experience
Formal training in Longevity Medicine and/or Functional /
Integrative Medicine
At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
Minimum of five (5) active state licenses in good standing
