As a vital member of the rehabilitation department, you will deliver personalized therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them achieve their recovery goals with dignity and care.What's Offered:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current and active California Physical Therapist license
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience as a PTPreferred Qualifications:
    • Associate degree with one (1) year of home health experience
