of our staff.Family Health Centers of San Diego is looking for a
Director, Grants & Proposals who will report to the Vice President
of Development. The Director, Grants & Proposals (DGP) serves as a
key leader and an active participant in developing and executing
strategic initiatives of Family Health Centers of San Diego
(FHCSD). In partnership with the Vice President of Development,
this position is responsible for the identification of grant
opportunities, the coordination with stakeholders, the development
of compelling grants and proposals, and seamless execution of the
robust grant writing operation. The DGP is responsible for
expanding FHCSDs budget through the solicitation of corporate and
foundation support as well as federal, state, and local government
grants, and assist in the development of proposals for private
support.Responsibilities:Oversee all operations of the pre- award
division of FHCSDs Grants Management infrastructure.Provide
exceptional leadership to a talented senior level team, ensuring
efficiency, transparency, collaboration, and high-quality
productivity.Oversee research of funding sources and trends to
position FHCSD ahead of major funding changes or
trends.Communicates the proposal strategy and progress to other
organizational stakeholders and obtains input and signoff on
content from other departments as needed.Monitor all grant
solicitations and activity; provide and present analysis to the
Vice President of Development and senior leaders as
requested.Monitor KPIs and report regularly on the progress of the
grant program.Collaborate with Senior Leadership in developing and
providing capital funding for new sites and services.Oversee
compliance as it relates to all Health Services and Resources
Administration (HRSA) Health Center grant requirements, ensuring
maintenance of accurate Scope of Project.Oversee all subcontracting
and subrecipient monitoring in compliance with Federal Uniform
Guidance 2 CFR 200; and all other applicable regulations/funder
requirements.Develop and/maintain departmental standard operating
procedures and organizational Policies and Procedures.Maintain all
partnership and reliance agreements with university
partners.Oversee maintenance of Data Use Agreements as
applicable.Requirements:Bachelors Degree required.10+ years of
professional experience in a nonprofit organization and/or academic
(university) institution with significant leadership experience and
demonstration of roles with increased responsibilityDemonstrated
success in writing successful grants and managing complex
workflows.Strong leadership skills with high emotional
intelligence, a servant leaders heart, and high degree of
confidence, with the ability to motivate and inspire a
high-performing, competitive team.Traveling between sites and other
locations is required as an essential function of the job. Must
have a car, a valid California drivers license, and proof of
minimum levels of car insurance as required under California law,
although limits of $100,000 are recommended. An acceptable driving
record is also required. California law requires all drivers to
obtain a valid California drivers license within ten days of
establishing residency. Mileage and other reimbursement governed by

excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of
fringe benefits.105,780.00 - 173,597.00If you are hired at Family
Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation
will be determined based on factors such as geographic location,
jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience.
In addition to these factors we believe in the importance of pay
equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as
a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range
mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to
allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a
