Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Virtual Care
Management (VCM).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the clinical delivery of virtual care management services,
including staff management and scheduling
Evaluate nursing care quality and ensure compliance with scope of
practice and licensure
Collaborate with management and staff on clinical policies,
compliance, and quality assurance activities
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted compact state RN license
5+ years of nursing experience, with remote care management
experience preferred
1-3 years of direct management experience
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience leading teams
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to them
