A company is looking for a Program Manager II - Value-Based
Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage implementation, performance, and maintenance of value-based
programs
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to
support value-based contracting
Analyze industry trends and internal performance to provide
data-driven insights for strategic direction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or related field
Associate's degree with five years of experience may substitute for
the Bachelor's degree requirement
Master's degree with two years of experience may substitute for one
year of experience
Three years of experience in project management, data analysis, and
systems training
Healthcare experience is preferred
