Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Manager II-Specialty
Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform care manager duties and mentor new hires to transition into
the care manager role
Coordinate high-quality, cost-effective care and evaluate service
appropriateness for members
Act as a subject matter expert, conducting training and
participating in internal process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
License as an RN or a Bachelor's degree in social work, health, or
behavioral science
Graduate level degree in Social Work or Health and Behavioral
Science preferred
Minimum of five (5) years' experience working with special
needs
Strong knowledge of case management standards and managed care
principles
Advanced knowledge of specialty populations relevant to the
role
