Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to develop and
lead key client relationships for successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Engages with customers to position appropriate solutions and ensure
satisfaction
Collaborates with sales and project teams to drive successful
project outcomes and maintain accurate reporting
Acts as a customer advocate to resolve issues and ensure effective
communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in scoping, writing SOWs, and delivering
professional services
Competency in analytical problem solving and managing
customer/partner relationships
Project management skills, with oversight responsibilities
depending on territory size
Experience in IT service delivery and support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
