Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales - Commercial Accounts,
North America.
Key Responsibilities
Structure deals ranging from $100k-$500k for Commercial customers
and manage sales to non-ICP and SMB
Identify, recruit, hire, and coach Account Executives with a
technical sales background
Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene across the
team
Required Qualifications
Experience building and coaching successful sales teams in the
commercial segment
Proven history of selling technical software platforms to technical
audiences
Deep understanding of BPM, RPA, iPaaS, ETL/ELT, and related
software categories
Track record of recruiting and leading top-performing Account
Executive teams
Able to lead both net-new logo and expansion sales functions
