Job Description:
A company is looking for a Category Manager to support category
management and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support category strategy execution and collaboration with key
business functions
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts while ensuring stakeholder
needs are met
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and facilitate
resolution of supplier issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, finance, or supply
chain
3-5+ years of procurement experience in category management,
sourcing, and supplier management
1-3+ years of experience in the biotech or life sciences
industry
Basic understanding of GMP manufacturing processes and
regulations
Experience with Ariba and SAP preferred
