Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Management Processor to support
healthcare operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and respond to emails to support case
management efforts
Review and triage case management requests while assisting case
managers in implementing care plans
Maintain clear documentation and promote effective communication
between internal teams and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or healthcare administrative
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
